My firm offers management & consulting services for businesses and personal entities. We use QuickBooks Desktop( QBD) or QuickBooks Online (QBO) as the accounting software to record your transactional data to provide you with financial management tools to guide your business and personal financial decisions.
We are not simply data entry services, so should that be the level of service you are seeking, my firm is not the correct match for your desires.
We offer outsourced accounting services as agreed upon with your level of need. We may function as your total or partial outsourced accounting department and if you have in house accounting staff we train and/or manage them in their tasks and are available to answer their questions. We strive for best practices in accounting, internal controls, processes & procedures, workflow and to make use of applicable technology best suited to your needs. We can set up your QB, clean up your QB to date and then continue with, at a minimum, monthly services. Depending on the accounting needs of your entity, we may work in your books daily or weekly.
We do not prepare Federal Income Tax returns or Franchise Tax returns. However, we work closely with your tax preparer to achieve the results you and your tax preparer agree upon. We set up your QB chart of accounts to clearly give the tax preparer the information they need. Before releasing your books each year to the tax preparer, I review QB entries with your assigned bookkeeper or you and/or your staff, as applicable, and we provide the tax preparer with a set up books that are ready for tax preparation review along with a summary of our notes, comments, and outstanding questions yet to be resolved.
